SATA drives ZENWorks 7

Hey all,

Has anyone been able to image a SATA drive with the ZEN7 bootCD or PXE?
We can boot but the SATA drive and partitions are not seen under img -
drive information. We can see the CD drive which is using PATA. BIOS is
set to combination mode but we are unable to see the drive in the ZEN7
bootCD or under PXE boot. Is this a call to Novell?
