Zen 7 Mii-Tool

In Zen 6.5 I would boot from the bootCD and use the Mii-tool -F 100baseTx-
FD command to force the NIC to 100 Full. In Zen 7 is said Mii-tool was
not a valid command. Does anyone know what the command is to manual
change the NIC in Zen 7.
