Imaging Gateway E3400 hangs with black screen

When I try to image the E3400 I get to the imaging menu but when I choose
an option and start the imaging with PXE I get a blank black screen. If I
try using a bootcd I get to the menu and when I try and start imaging it
hangs with a blinking curser in the upper left corner. System worked fine
with ZFD 4.01. Other gateway models appear to be working fine. Anyone have
any ideas?
