Getting an image from laptop!!

After automatically importing the laptop to zenworks server, I give a
command to get the image from the laptop and save it on the server. When
the laptop boots up to PXE, I does get the job but when I it tries to
boot to the linux shell, the screen just goes blank, and there is no hard
drive activity. Can you please help on this issue??? I will apreciate
any help!!!
