Default PXE-53 error: no boot filename specified

Using NetWare 6.5 SP4a server for zen imaging (also proxy DHCP server)
and Windows 2003 server for the DHCP server. Set up preboot services on
a Dell D600 laptop and an IBM NetVista workstation by going into BIOS and
changing the boot sequence to network first. However, when the client
sends out a request, it eventually times out with PXE-53: no boot
filename specified. From my research, I know this means the client
received at least one valide DHCP/BOOTP offer, but does not have a boot
filename to download. What should I do to correct this?
