Decompression Error

Trying to get an image to load on a Dell OptiPlex GX240. The image will
start but then will error out on MS Office 2003 with a generic
"Decompression Error." We deleted Office from the image via image explorer
(just as a test), and now the image just hangs at Microsoft Active Sync but
never errors out. Not sure Office or Active Sync have anything to do with
this, but thought I'd include all pertinents. We're going to try a
different model PC tomorrow. Anybody have any ideas on this?
