Problem booting PXE or BOOTCD

Using either a BOOTCD or PXE, I am unable to boot a PC to use Zen Imaging.

PC is configured as follows:

Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe (Bios version 1013)
AMD Athlon XP 300+
1GB memory
160GB SATA HDD

Everything seems to be starting up just fine, but when booting from the CD, it hangs after displaying the line:

Mounting cdrom to /mnt/cdrom


If I look at the third console screen (ALT+F3) the last item logged is "starting setctsid 'showconsole' /bin/bash -c zenworks.s"


When booting PXE it just hangs after the "Loading data into RAM disk .................................................. .................................................. ..........................."


Any ideas?
