Default Adding r1000.ko to Zen7Sp1 bootcd.iso

Hi,

I have a new laptop to support which has the realtek 8168 gig ethernet card.

I have compiled the module, and inserted it into the initrd file on the
bootcd.iso. (I can modprobe r1000 fine)
Unfortunatly the module is not loading automattically, I updated zenworks.s
to include "if grep -i "Device pci: 0x8168; then modprobe r1000; fi". Still
the module only loads after hardware detection and I accept the warning
indicating that there is no NIC, and after dhcpcd has run.

How do I modify the bootcd to detect/load the module earlier in the boot
process, do I have to modify the linuxrc file?

I have read
http://www.novell.com/documentation/...b.html#b2ggwcc
but I don't see the answer I am looking for.

Thanks,

Thanks,
