unable to connect to image server

I've got a new install of zfd7 on windows. Running the image CD it's not
able to connect to the image server. It can ping it and it's running on the
server.
Not sure if I missed a step in the config or have another issue.

I've not setup any policies or anything, we don't want workstations imported
or images pushed out.
