ZISD on Gateway E-4100

For the life of me I cannot get my only 2 Gateway E-4100 series PCs to
store image safe data. I have completely removed the client and ZfD with
no effect. I also re-imaged the PC and it refuses to store ISD.

Anyone have any idea or workarounds? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
