7 w/ SP2 imaging not working

Hi,
We are not able to get restored images to work at all. We are doing the
simplist of creating and restoring images. The image uploads with no
problems and downloads with no problems - no error messages on either
side. We are also doing manual and only one image at a time. After the
restore reboot we get the blinking cursor. I have read all the posts
here on the blinking cursor and they are N/A or don't help.
I convinced my boss that we should buy and use this product - that it
would save us time setting up each computer. At this point I could have
set up the 5 new computers we need to do.
We have the lastest software and patches for this product and are using
ThinkCentre 8171's.
Any help appreciated!
