Add-on image question

My base image currently has ZFDagent 4. I've upgraded to ZEN 7 and
have been installing the new ZEN 7 ZFDagent as an app object. I'd
like to make the ZFD agent an Add-On image until I get the time to
redo my base image.

I've created the add-on image and have installed it (along with the
base image) as a clean install. The ZFD agent is still at 4. Is
there something I am missing?
