Imaging Fails - Segmentation fault

Zen 7.0
When pxe booting to create an image the imaging fails with "segmentation
fault. Zenworks imaging failed with error 139"
I've also tried creating an image using the 6.5 cd. That image fails with
"NTFS File signature not found. Try running chkdsk. I ran chkdsk twice
and still get the same errors. Anyone seen this before or have any
suggestions.
