Imaging hangs!!!

I'm trying to image our Dell DX 150 clients. But when the imaging is at
about 98% the imaging process is freezing and after about 5 minutes the
machine is rebooting and of course the imaging is restarted...

I'm running at Zen 7.0.1a and PXE
