PXE-E55 Error on PXEBoot

Guys,

I had Zfd and DHCP on the same server for years. Now I am VMing
everything and so I have split them. Now the machine is getting a PXE-E55
error, PDHCP is not responding on port 4011. Not sure what to do. My
environment is VLAN, not sure if that is a problem now with them split.
Also, I have the PXEclient in DHCP and on the PDHCP I have the
USE_DHCP_PORT=1
&
USE_BINL_PORT=1
Let me know if I have something wrong.
