legacy_netdetect hardware found

Hello: My latest image builds have a problem when pushed
down to a client machine. When the imaging is completed and
the user logs in, they get a "New Hardware Found" window.
Looking in device manager I see that an unknown item is
present which does not correlate with any known hardware on
the machine. Deleting this solves the problem, but that is
not a good solution as I would have to touch each
workstation.

What is causing this to appear?

We run ZfD7 sp1 and nwclient 4.91 sp3. The workstations are
loaded with XP sp2. We use sysprep and install the netware
and zfd clients after imaging in complete as part of a
post-imaging setup process.
