Changing PXE menu

Hi,

is it possible to make an image of a dos-floppy and load this image with
pxe from a novell-server? To do this, have I to replace DINIC.SYS with my
floppy-image?

Background:

We are using using DOS-Floppys for cloning with ghost and we want to be
able using this in the future but without a physical floppy. The floppy-DOS
should be downloaded with PXE.
