Default Imaging problem

I have a computer with 3 Hard Drives. C D and E
C is 40GB and contains Windows 2000 Operating System
D & E are 400GB SATA Drives and they have a LOT of data on them

I make an Image of the C: Drive with ZenWorks 7 SP1 - no problem

I want to restore the Image on C:, but if I do so, I end up with a BLANK,
empty D and E Drive.

I take the drives D & E out of the CMOS and when the image is done and I
reboot, I re-enable to drives and... both blank again and I have to
reformat them and restore all the data from Tape backup.

Isn't there a way to be able to restore a single Drive without trashing
all the others?
