Intel 82566DM nic and boot cd issues

We are using the zen7 hp3 boot cd and are getting dropped to a suse install
screen asking for zenworks disk 1 when trying to boot. If I use a usb cdrom
it boots but do not have a nic driver loaded.

The system is a Gateway E-4610S with an intel 82566dm nic.
