Dell Optiplex 745 - Multicast

Just installed HP3 and used new boot disc, and I am getting an error after
trying to add clients to a multicast: Error: Failed to open socket.
We are getting IP addresses without issue, and can send and recieve images
one at a time, but it seems just the multicast abilities are not working.
Anyone seen anything like this? Thanks.
