Time is wrong

I'm running ZfD7SP1HP2 at the moment.... Anyone else noticed that time
time is an hour out since the clocks changed?

Not causing a major problem, but it is causing some issues... Any
chance it can be fixed before the clocks change at the end of the year
again.
