Multicast: Error: Failed to open socket

Error: Failed to open socket.

We have a OES NW 6.5 SP6 server with ZENworks 7.0.1 HF3
We can manually create and restore images with no problems. Client
machines get their IP address from the server with no problem. We boot the
clients via CD. Regardless of client hardware, when we try to multicast,
the client machines report back the socket error.

Searching the both the Internet and Novell have found zero information
regarding this problem.

Help please!!!!! Does anyone know how to fix this?
