ZENworks Preboot TFPT Service Startup Failure

Environment:
Windows 2k3 Server R2 (w/ SP1)
ZENworks Suite 7 SP1
eDirectory 8.7.3
ConsoleOne 1.3.6f

I have been trying to setup imaging through PXE boot for some machines that
are not supported by the ZenBoot cd-rom and I have found that the TFPT
service does not start. I have re-installed Desktop Management with PXE and
I have not found why the TFPT service is failing to start. This server is
on two separate networks, one in which I have control over. When ZenWorks
was originally setup, the server was only function on the network that I do
not have control over.
