Default Segmentation Fault when using bootcd

Hi all,

I'm trying to use the latest Zen boot imaging cd (7.0.1.3) to image a
generic branded laptop, and immediately after entering 'img' to load the
engine it crashes back to the prompt with a 'segmentation fault' error. It
doesn't get past 'detecting hardware'. Now the laptop has a serial ata
hard drive, which I've read can cause problems? Does anyone know if it
would be the controller or something else creating this headache for me?

I haven't been able to try PXE as for some reason this laptop also gives an
'Illegal TFTP Operation' error when trying it that way.

Aside from using another imaging tool, I have no idea what else to do.
Please help if you can.

Cheers

Glenn
