what happened to addon images

I'm trying imaging. I have a base image and 2 addon images. When I PXE
boot the workstation the base image and the add on images come down. I
can see the addon images in NALCACHE. Then I install ZFD on the
workstation and reboot it. When the machine comes back I get a message to
wait for the addon images to be installed. when this is done. The 2
products are not installed and the images are no longer in NALCACHE. Is
there a way I can find out what happened??
