Driverupdate method on HP3 boot cds

I have been working with the driverupdate method for maintaining drivers
on our zenworks bootcd. The driver update directory scruture found at
http://tinyurl.com/yr8d5u worked for updating previous versions but no
longer works.

Has anyone been able to create a driverupdate file which works with
HP3?
