Hot Patch 3 Bootcd wont boot

I am having issues getting the hot patch 3 boot cd to boot some of our
architecture. Several of our systems will not boot the cd after i make
modifications. The vanilla boot cd will boot them but once i extract
the files and rebuild the iso it no longer boots several of our
systems.

I am using the following command to create the iso.

mkisofs -o pps_bootcd.iso -c boot.catalog -b
boot/i386/loader/isolinux.bin -no-emul-boot -boot-info-table
-boot-load-size 4 -J -R bootcd

where bootcd is the root of the boot cd directory structure.
