How to image Lenovo with hidden recovery partition??

Hi.

We just startet to buy Lenovo Thinkcentre A55 and Thinkpad T60 mashines.
The problem is, we can not make an image and restore this image with
success.

We made an image from one mashine, then put it back on the same mashine
works ok.
Trying to put this image back on another pc and it will not boot.

How can we solve this?

We need to auto image new mashines in different locations, and can not
install XP manually.
