TFTP timeout - Any progress?

We are experiencing TFTP timeout errors similar to those others have
mentioned here after we installed NetWare 6.5 SP6. The last mention of
the issue in this group was about a month ago, and I'm wondering if
there has been any progress. Has anyone found a fix, or at least a
workaround besides rebooting the server? If there is no fix yet, is
there a TID that I can follow? Thanks.
