ZEN7 Boot CD

I've managed to customize my CD ISO image with a settings.txt and some other
scripts that I added to /addfiles, as well as a modified isolinux.cfg.
My next issue is how do I make those scripts run automatically once the boot
cd loads up and gets to the bash prompt?

I'm very non linux, so the more detailed the better.
