PXE Boot Error PXE-E55

Ive just installed a clean fresh install of Zen 7 Desktop Management SP1 on
Netware Server in a new test tree. Selected all options . Install went ok
without any problems.

Started pxestart on Netware box. (NW 6.5 SP5)

I fired up my 1st PC and when I attempt to PXE boot I get an IP address then
I get

Error: PXE-E55: ProxyDHCP service did not reply to request on port 4011.

DHCP and PDHCP are running on separate servers.

And NO I do not have the Option 60 Tag in DHCP .

Any help would be great .
