where/how to find zen 7 sp1 HPx patches

I have not had to do zen support for a while now. But, another "Novell
tech" left the company so, now I'm stuck at it again.

And apparently I don't know how to use the new and "improved" patch/file
finder. I put "zenworks desktop management" and either "zenworks 7 desktop
management" or "zenworks 7 SP1 desktop management" in the "product or
technology" fields, and it does not show any "HPx" patches.

A customer sent me a link (found through Google, I think) to HP5 -- but I
should be able to find this stuff on the Novell site, one would think,
right?

What am I missing? How/where should I be looking?
