Image on Zen Partition

I am deploying 250 notebooks and am planning on including the image on the
zen partition so the end user can image the notebook without connecting to
the network if need be.

My question, does anyone know of an easy way to load the original image on
the computer and put the .zmg file onto the zen partition?

I was hoping that I could just take an image that included the system
partition as well as the zen partition. Because the zen partition is
hidden, I am not able to do this. It is looking like I may need to load
the image on each laptop, then run img again and create the image on the
zen partition.
