Default HP dc7700 hidden recovery partition removal

I have 40 new HP dc7700's that I will custom image with ZfD. When I
reinstalled Windows from my OEM CD, I get the following message after the
post:
"Warning: Your system recovery partition was removed. Press F10 to start the
system recovery anyway or another key to delete the recovery partition"

If i press "F10" the system restarts and shows the message again. If I press
another key, the OS starts, but the message appears again the next time.

Does anyone know who to get reid of this message? I tried unsing WIN98SE
boot disk and ran "fdisk /mbr" with no success
