Error imaging HP nc6000 notebook

Good Morning,

I am continuing to have a problem with imaging our HP Compaq nc6000
notebook. We currently having ZENWorks Desktop Management 7.0.1a
installed. We were able to make images of our GX240, GX260, GX270,
Latitude D505 and Latitude D600... but when we attempt our nc6000, it gets
to about 30%-40% and errors out with either (1) Segementation Fault or (2)
Error Memory Request

It randomly gets stuck somewhere in a profile within Documents & Settings.
I attempted to clear the profile/user account and recreated it to see if
anything was stuck in the previous cache... still no luck.

Help!
