dell latitude 830

As anyone had any luck getting a dell latitude 830 to work with an imaging
cd? I've tried the bootcd.iso from ZDM7SP1_IR1_Img_Resource_Files.zip, dated
11/Sept/2007, imaging engine v7.0.1.7 and it just asks for disk 1. That same
cd works fine in other dell latitude's. I have tried other iso and they will
not load the imaging engine either. I know it is not the network driver
because I can ping our imaging server. Any help would be much appreciated?
