Help with Realtek 8111B/8111C

I'm having problems with this nic. I tried the bootcd.iso from ZDM7SP1_IR1_HP1_Img_Resource_Files. It at least finds the nic and most everything works, but at the moment when I try to send the image to a server, the machine freezes completely. Any suggestions?
