Create Zenpartition from USB Boot

I am using Rich Bryant's "ZENworks 7 SP1 Imaging on USB" to do all of our imaging tasks. I want to be able to add the Zenworks partition to computers using this but the default method to create the imaging partition defaults to using the first device which is the USB drive. It works fine if I use a boot cd.

Is there a way to specify what drive you want the imaging partition on??
