Realtek RTL8168/811 Problems

Hi can anyone help me

I have am onboard Realtek RTL8168/8111 Nic
The pxe works fine but when I load SUSE Imaging kernel in does not
recognize my Nic, Have anyone recompiled the kernel to except this Nic
I am running Zenworks 7 Sp1
