Default Unable to "reinstall" image-safe partition

I got an automatic reply on
"novell.support.zenworks.desktop-management.6x.imaging", just hope this
one won't...

For test purpose I ran "DBAN"(Darik's Boot and Nuke) cd on a machine,
since that I am unable to re-enable the image-safe data on that machine,
everything seems working perfect except the image-safe data remaining empty.
if I try "img zenpart enable" or disable or remove
I get "could not find zen partition"

I tried "fdisk /mdr"
I tried "fdisk " new partition
I tried fdisk /dev/sda << EOF
d
1
d
2
d
3
d
4
w
EOF

img pc1 ntfs
img pa1-

no sucess

why ? where does it stuck ?

thnaks a lot for your help
Pascal
