Survey through zenworks ?

Hello
We have annual surveys in our company to see what personel think about their
work situation, management and so forth. These surveys have always been done
on paper and some poor ******* has had to go through everything by hand to
show some graphs on how people feel about different thing compared to last
year and so on.

We have been thinking about making a web survey but I thought I was gonna
check with you guys first. Does any on know of a way to run a survey though
zenworks, and thereby connecting the answers to the logged in person (not a
requirement though) ?
