Add-on image for reg setting not running

I created an add-on image which just has a reg file in it to change our SLP address. I went into the image explorer and clicked "image" and "add registry file", picked my reg file and saved the add-on image. We restore out images thru a USB boot, so I have the script that pulls down the main image then the add-on image. Machine reboots but the add-on image never runs to add the info to the registry. If I browse to c:\Program Files\Novell\Zenworks\imaging\ I can see the reg file but why would it not run????

Am I doing this right???
