ZDM7SP1_IR3a install

Having trouble installing IR3a. Currently running ZDM7SP1 Hot Patch 6
according to the version key in the NW registry.

Following the instructions:

1) unload imgserv (also ran zfdstop)
2) stopser *
3) run winsetup.exe from extracted subdirectory


After install, receive message installation failed. Log file has:

ZENworks Desktop Management installation failed on the following servers:
ADOF01.ADO.ASD4
See below for details.

Error: There was an error installing ZENworks Desktop Management on
ADOF01. Error: \\ADOF01\SYS\System\zenkeys.cfg (The specified network
name is no longer available)


There is not a zenkeys.cfg file in sys\system.

Also the invlog.txt file has:

The NW registry key still indicates ZDM7SP1 Hot Patch 6. The TFTP
subdirectory is not updated, but the imgserv.nlm has a newer version.
Have tried install on 3 server with same results.

Any ideas I could try. NW server is 6.5 SP7.
