nic not recognized dell xps m1530

Another model Dell XPS in which it appears my bootcd does not detect the
nic card. The Dell Red XPS M1530. I am using ZDM7SP1_IR3a.zip but the
nic card is not recognized.

I have changed the SATA operation in the bios and neither setting works.

Help?
