Unable to PXE boot with Realtek 8100E/8101E NIC

I have a laptop with a realtek 8100E/8101E NIC that I am having trouble
getting to PXE boot. It gets to the Zenworks boot screen and I select the
manual option. It makes it as far as Sending DHCP request to eth0 and then
finally shows the screen that says Could not find Zenworks Installation
Source.

It's working fine with my new desktops that have a Realtek 8169 NIC.

If I boot using the Zen boot cd, I can manually add the NIC and then get to
the Zenworks screen. Any ideas why PXE boot is not working?
