Imaging Error 209

I've got an Optiplex GX620 that can't get past the following error when making an image of it:

imaging error: 209

I'm forced to run in Automatic Mode because it also won't drive the USB keyboard to allow me to arrow down to Manual Mode. I'm using the absolute latest boot CD ISO (SLES10sp2). So, I seem to have a two-pronged problem.

One, the error 209 while running Automatically. Second, I can't run manually instead because of the USB keyboard issue. Any help will be appreciated.
