Can a universal WinXP image include Novell client & ZFD?

I am in the process of creating a universal Windows XP image. I am planning to incorporate Novell Client 4.91 & ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Agent into the image.

1. I am wondering if this is possible? If so, are there any things that I should do (pre/post sysprep) to de-personalise the image ege. delete certain registry key so that it imports OK

2. Should Novell Client & ZENworks 7 DMA be installed post sysprep?
