Multicast Issues

Hi...I'm having issues with multicasting not working at all and can only unicast.

I have confirmed multicast routing is actually working and it is likely the issue of the ZENWorks image/PXE?? I could ping the multicast address from the ordinary Windows machine (while image session is active), but could not ping the multicast address from the ZENWorks client machine. I have also checked multicast routing table in the Procurve (2848) switch, and it did show up all the participating members for the given multicast IP address.

Netware 6.5 SP8 and ZENworks 7.01

Any ideas here??
