old Dell GX270 Chestnut

I have just applied ZEN7SP1R3aHP3-May 2009 and imaging has stopped working on Dell GX270's. It still works on Dell GX260. It refuses to obtain a DHCP address when the kernel has downloaded, it PXE boots fine.

We are running ZEN on Netware 6.5 sp 7, also DHCP on same.

Does anyone have any ideas???
