Laptop imaging
Hello,
I am having some issues imaging laptops using Zenworks. We have Lenovo Thinkpad R-Series. Whenever I try to image them, they will shut off at random points in the image process. The first time this happened I figured it was because the battery died, unfortunately not that easy. Even when the batteries are fully charged and plugged into the wall, the whole machine will just shut off without warning. I do not get any error messages, it just clicks off.
If anyone has any ideas that would be great, thanks.
